TWO bus shelters were shattered in the town centre last night.
Reader pictures sent to the Star show how the glass in the shelters on Baldwin Street, St Helens was smashed.
It is believed vandals caused the damage some time between 9pm and 11pm.
Prior to the weekend, police said community support officers would be monitoring the bus network after damage to shelters and buses.
