NEW plans to demolish the former Vincent's ice cream factory and replace it with three terraced houses have been submitted.
A previous planning application to demolish the Crowther Street premises and replace it with terraced homes had been submitted to the council in May but were later withdrawn.
Fresh proposals were received this month and will be on consultation until Friday, October 6.
