The crash happened this morning
A BUS and a car were involved in a crash this morning.
It happened on Scafell Road near to the junction with Moss Bank Road, Moss Bank at about 9.15am.
The driver of the car has been treated by paramedics. The bus driver is not believed to have been hurt and there was no passengers on board at the time.
Road closures have been put in place back to Washway Lane so that recovery teams can remove the bus. The position of the crash near to the junction, where the Moss Bank Hotel is, blocked access along the route.
