A SUMMER of sun-filled activities is about to kick off at Church Square Shopping Centre with the return of its Shopper Whopper Kids’ Club.

Starting on Tuesday (July 25), the club run in St Mary’s Arcade every Tuesday until August 29.

Throughout the six weeks of the summer holiday, each workshop offering a different theme, such as superheroes, circus, the beach, the fair and mini explorers.

Steve Brogan, Church Square centre manager, said: “This is a great opportunity for children to let their imaginations run wild and with the variety of themes available every week we are sure to see some impressive creations.”

He added: “We are delighted to be able to provide our customers with a variety of free things to do. Parents are always looking for ways to create memorable experiences for their children and we hope we are able to accomplish that."

The centre’s mascot Shopper Whopper will be joining the fun throughout the summer.

Workshops run from 11am until 3pm.

Admission is free and parental permission is required.
