PLANNING officers are to consider proposals to build two 'eco-friendly' houses in Rainhill.
Applicant Stephen Thornton, of Buy to Build, hopes to develop the houses on the vacant site of the former Greencroft Mill Lane.
The application states: "The proposal seeks to create two unique four to five bedroom detached dwellings". It adds they will be designed to be "both contemporary and customised to suit the residents".
Plans add natural daylight will be captured by the south and west facades and that the homes will have specified zinc rooves.
Plans are on public consultation until Tuesday, June 13.
