LAST night's episode of Car Share got rave reviews on social media.
The third episode of the second series of the popular BBC comedy show saw John, played by Bolton comic Peter Kay, and Kayleigh, played by Sian Gibson, bunk off work and take a trip to a safari park.
But sadly those who guessed it was filmed at Knowsley Safari Park were wrong.
@chelslaurentayx @peterkay_co_uk It had us in stitches too Chelsea, unfortunately it wasn't filmed here though. Our baboons would never have sat so still! 🐒

Seaview Safari Park was reportedly set much further afield at Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park near Stirling in Scotland.
Peter Kay enjoyed a day here with his family last weekend. #starstruck pic.twitter.com/CCecoASCv5

Many fans have already watched the episode as the whole series is already available on BBC iPlayer.
And fans thought the scene with the monkey was hilarious.
@peterkay_co_uk living up the road from Knowsley safari park tonight's car share had me crying with laughter you were my dad in the🐒 section
