Friends and relatives of recently deceased John Edward Lowe sought
ST HELENS Council has issued an appeal to trace the family and friends of a recently deceased resident as preparations for his funeral get underway.
The local authority is arranging the funeral of John Edward Lowe, who passed away on Thursday, April 13 aged 80.
His last known address was 111 Parr Mount Court, Fingerpost.
Anyone who knew John is asked to contact Claire Almond at St Helens Council by calling 01744 676330.
