SAINTS have been paired away to league leaders Castleford Tigers in round six of the Challenge Cup.

They had been hoping for a change in cup luck after some largely tough draws in recent years.

Tigers, who have been the form team of Super League, will provide a formidable challenge particularly on their own pitch.

Saints should not be over-awed having beaten the Tigers on Easter Monday.

It will be a tough period for both teams, particularly as both have men in the England squad heading off to play Samoa the week previously, Mark Percival and Alex Walmsley for Saints, Luke Gale, Mike McMeeken and Zak Hardaker from Castleford.

The full draw for the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup round six is:

Leeds v. Barrow, Salford v Hull KR, Castleford v St Helens, Featherstone Rovers v Halifax, Hull FC v Catalans, Dewsbury v Wakefield, Swinton v Wigan, Warrington v Widnes.

Games will be played over the weekend of May 12-14.

Quarter finals will be on June 17 or 18.

While the semi finals will take place on July 29 and 30.
