PLANS have been submitted to create a hot and cold food establishment on the ground floor of the former Buzby's bar on Bridge Street in the town centre.
The area will be turned into a Dixy Chicken premises should proposals be successful. According to the planning application, five full-time jobs would be created.
St Helens Council received the plans on February 7.
