Police on Howards lane after the stabbing
A 20-YEAR-OLD man has pleaded guilty to stabbing a man in Eccleston last October.
Michael Hodkinson, of Brynn Street, St Helens appeared at Liverpool Crown Court today charged with stabbing a man at an address in Green Lane, Eccleston on Thursday, October 20 last year, resulting in serious injuries.
Police were called to outside a property on Brooklands Road at around 7am on the morning of the incident after a 20-year-old man suffered wounds to his back and face.
Hodkinson has pleaded guilty to wounding with intent.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear for sentencing at Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday, February 9.
