There was a two-car crash at Haydock Island yesterday
A LAND Rover was turned on its roof following a two-vehicle collision at Haydock Island yesterday evening.
Emergency services were called at around 7.15pm following the crash between an Audi A4 and a Land Rover Discovery.
Police say no injuries were sustained during the incident.
A Merseyside Police spokesman said: "We had it reported at just before 7.15pm just under the bridge at Haydock Island.
"There were no injuries and the road on lane two was blockede. Everyone stopped at the scene to assist."
