There are delays on the M6 this morning
ONE lane of the M6 near Haydock is closed this morning due to an accident involving four cars.
Traffic bulletins state the collision happened on the M6 Southbound between J24 A58 (Ashton In Makerfield) and J23 A580 (Haydock).
There is congestion to J26 M58/A577 (Orrell Interchange).
Two of the vehicles involved are on the hard shoulder, the other two are blocking the outside lane.
