Tony wrote: "Crank is some 12 miles from Seaforth. As the sunset on Sunday 23 October a pall of smoke still hangs over the scene of the fire that started three days earlier in the dock complex at Seaforth, Liverpool.
"The Welsh mountains are silhouetted in the background."
