Man rushed to hospital from YMCA
A MAN aged in his 20s has been taken by ambulance from St Helens YMCA to hospital this morning.
Police confirmed they were called this morning after receiving a report that a man had been found in a room in the North Road building.
A spokeswoman for North West Ambulance Service said they were on the scene at 10.06am.
She said: "We sent two rapid response vehicles and an ambulance.
"The man, who is in his 20s, was taken to Whiston Hospital."
Ememrgency services said the circumstances around the incident are not yet clear.
