There is currently no update from the hospital about the man’s condition.
POLICE have sealed off an area at the back of the Iceland store after a man was struck to the back of the head this morning.
Police were called around 4.30 today, Saturday to a service road off North John Street following reports that a man had been struck by a bottle to the head and neck area.
The man was then taken to hospital for treatment and emergency services have sealed off the area until they receive an update on his condition.
There is currently no update from the hospital about the man’s condition.
