HE is developing a loyal following from Star readers thanks to his expert training and fitness tips that are aimed at getting people into shape.

Now our monthly columnist Mark Hunt, the personal trainer, is looking for one of those readers to step up and win an eight-week body transformation, worth £500.

Mark, who has teamed up with the Star for the competition, is seeking a dedicated gym-goer who is willing to be put through their paces and following a nutrition plan.

The winner will receive:

- Measurements pictures at start half way and finish point.

- full nutrition plan

- Own training plan to follow

- two personal training sessions a week with Mark at Gymbug in St Helens

Mark said: "This is a life changing opportunity but to achieve maximum results certain sacrifices must be made for the eight week period. They must agree to commit and follow the nutrition and training plans 100per cent, including no alcohol."

To enter, Star readers need to put in 250 words why they deserve to win this transformation. Entrants will be narrowed down to three finalists that will be interviewed to select the most suitable and worthy winner.

Entries can be submitted by emailing news@sthelensstar.co.uk (put body transformation competition into the subject line) or via the Star's website.

Selection will be subject to medical clearance and agreeing to the terms and conditions of Mark's personal training programmes.
