Police have made an appeal to trace Mr Barlow's final movements
A MAN whose body was found in Southport Marine Lake on Saturday morning, has been formally identified as 58-year-old man from St Helens, say police.
A post mortem has revealed Stephen Christopher Barlow died from drowning. His next of kin have been informed and enquiries are ongoing.
Detectives are keen to establish how Mr Barlow came to be in Southport and his movements leading up to his death and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
