Five people due in court in St Helens charged with people trafficking
FIVE people are due before magistrates in St Helens this morning charged with people trafficking.
It follows a police raid at a property on Owen Street in Thatto Heath yesterday.
The five people charged with people trafficking are: Daniel-Marius Barbu, 36, of Meadow Lane, St Helens; Bogdan Daniel Duican, 30, of Meadow Lane, St Helens; Alina-Codruta Preda, 32, of Oakhill Close, Maghull; Dragos Preda, 30, of Meadow Lane, St Helens; and Manvinder Raina, 25, of Dibble Road, Smethwick, West Midlands.
