DETECTIVES investigating the murder of Constable Dave Phillips have arrested two women.
The 19-year old and the 34 year-old, who are both from Wallasey, were arrested last night, Tuesday 6 October, on suspicion of assisting an offender.
They are both being questioned at police stations on Merseyside today (Wednesday).
