A MAN has appeared before magistrates in St Helens charged with two drugs offences.
It is alleged that Gavin Hazeldine, 22, from Damwood Road in Liverpool, was a passenger in a car that was stopped by police on the M62 in Sutton Manor on Tuesday, August 11.
He faced two charges of possession with intent to supply heroin and cocaine but did not indicate any plea.
Hazeldine is due at Liverpool Crown Court on Tuesday, December 22 for a plea and case management hearing and was granted unconditional bail.
