ARTISTS are invited to submit works in a competition offering the chance to feature in an exhibition.
The Millennium Academy of Art is holding the competition and seeking to provide a platform for local and regional artists to display and sell their work in an exhibition space that will be open for public and private viewings.
All 2D art forms will be accepted including paintings, drawings and photographs.
Participants can submit up to three works each via email and are asked to title each file with their name, image title, medium and price (excluding commission).
Deadline for submissions is Monday, June 29 and artists will be notified by Wednesday, July 8.
If selected, artists will need to drop off their framed images to the Millennium Centre on Friday, July 17 and the exhibition will be launched on Sunday, August 2.
The exhibition space at the centre will be open to the public every Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
