THIS tiny terrapin is not giving up its sunbathing spot for anybody as it comes face to face with an inquisitive young swan at Taylor Park.
With his camera at the ready, Star contributor Robbob was on hand to capture this David versus Goliath showdown in the sun in the park's lake.
The terrapin, who some park visitors have nicknamed Terry, is fast becoming a firm favourite with visitors to the park and can often be seen basking in the sun around the water's edge.
Park rangers say terrapins have been at the lake since the 80s when the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle cartoon craze led to some people buying the creatures as pets before abandoning them once they grew.
