A MOTHER accused of stabbing her partner to death has appeared in court to deny his murder.
Amanda O'Shaughnessy, 29, is charged with murdering David Butterworth at their home on Tilbrook Drive in Sutton on Sunday, December 7.
The 38-year-old father of three was found injured outside the house and died several hours later as a result of a single stab wound from a kitchen knife.
O'Shaughnessy, who appeared at Liverpool Crown Court via video link from Styal Prison, was further remanded in custody until the start of her trial, which is expected to last between two and three days, beginning on Tuesday, June 2.
