A VINTAGE bus service will ferry passengers to the Rainhill Model Railway Club’s annual exhibition that takes place this weekend.
The displays will be open at Rainhill Village Hall, on Weaver Avenue, on Saturday, March 7 between 10am and 5pm and on Sunday, March 8 from 10am to 4.30pm.
There will be 15 different layouts in six different scales on show, with some being displayed at the venue for the first time.
Five ‘show you how’ demonstrators will also be on hand.
Admission is £4 for adults, £3.50 for children and there is an £11 offer for families (two adults, two children) and can be paid on the door.
The free vintage bus service will run from The North West Museum of Transport on Hall Street in St Helens Town Centre running at hourly intervals from 11.30am on both days.
