Bird spotters on Sankey stroll
ENJOY an early morning stroll through Sankey Valley where you can spot up to 40 different types of birds.
Whether you are an avid twitcher or not it promises to be a fascinating event run by the St Helens Ranger service.
Meet at the Heritage Visitor Centre behind the Ship Inn on Blackbrook Road at 9.30am on Sunday, February 1.
It is advised to wear stout footwear and to take binoculars and telescopes if you have them. Dogs should be left at home. For information contact 01744 677772.
