A 19-YEAR-old man has handed himself into police after the Star featured an appeal over an attack that saw a man dressed as Elvis suffer a shattered jaw.
Greater Manchester Police are still keen to speak to another man featured on CCTV footage as an eye witness.
The 33-year-old victim ,who was on his stag party , suffered a broken jaw after he was punched in the face.
The incident happened while he was waiting for a taxi on Wigan Road, in Ashton-in-Makerfield, in the early hours of Sunday, November 16.
A 19-year-old man from St Helens was arrested on suspicion of assault and bailed until February 10.
Anyone with information, or witnesses to the assault, are asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
