A WOMAN has been fined £339 for allowing an American Bulldog Staffordshire cross to be dangerously out of control in a public place.
Tina Kelsall, 47, from Ridgewood Drive in Sutton pleaded guilty at St Helens Magistrates’ Court. The offence happened on Gorsey Lane in October.
The court placed an order that the dog, named Boston, must be kept on a lead and muzzled while in public.
She was ordered to pay £25 per month.
