POLICE have confirmed that a 20-year-old man who was being pursued for a breach of his prison licence has been arrested.
Thomas Ventre, who has links to St Helens and Knowsley, was arrested in the St Asaph area of Wales yesterday. He is serving a sentence for burglary offences
Ventre is now being returned to prison.
A police spokesman said: "Officers would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance with this appeal."
