Man guilty of assault
A CONDITIONAL discharge has been given to a man who assaulted a woman.
Gareth Simpson, aged 30, of Wellington Close, Newton-Le-Willows, admitted attacking Deborah Vychinski on June 25 in Bolton.
He was ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge, £85 court costs and was sentenced to a 12 months conditional discharge at Bolton Magistrates' Court.
