Sessions will take place between 10.30am and noon and 1pm to 2.30pm on Tuesday, July 29 and Tuesday August 12 at Taylor Park (near the cafe) and on Wednesday, July 30 and August 6 and 13 at Sherdley Park.

Helmets are a must and sensible clothing is recommended.
