POLICE would like to speak to this man in connection with an investigation into a series of malicious letters being sent to schools and colleges across the UK.
The man is believed to be from Merseyside and these images were captured on CCTV on a train travelling from Liverpool to Ormskirsk in March. He is believed to have got off at Ormskirk Station.
