The Cherry Tree will be converted to flats
A PUB will be converted to flats after St Helens Council approved a planning application for a new residential development.
The Cherry Tree Hotel on Fleet Lane, Parr will house 11 flats while a new building containing further 12 will be constructed alongside it. A former bookmakers building nearby will be demolished.
