BUSTER the amiable bull terrier put a smile on the faces of bank customers who dug deep to support the RSPCA Warrington, Halton and St Helens shelter for homeless animals.
“He’s such a lovely big softy, he just rolled over and let people tickle his tummy and offered his paw in friendship,” said Emma Clarke, customer service consultant at the St Helens town centre branch of the Halifax.
The homeless hound now has a permanent home and attracted a lot of interest from potential fosterers during his promotional stint in Church Square.
