A BURGLARY suspect climbed on top of a hedge as he tried to flee police patrols this afternoon.
Officers spotted the man in Sutton shortly after 3pm and, according to witnesses, flooded the area with more patrols after he left the scene.
The suspect - who is wanted in connection with a burglary -climbed on the privet hedge near to Marshalls Cross Road and refused to co-operate with officers.
However, a short time later a man was arrested and taken into custody.
