RAINFORD High students may be part of the advanced world of their technology college surroundings but they have enjoyed the experience of getting back to nature by hand-rearing two lambs.
Over the Easter break they helped raise the two orphans, learning a lot about life in the process.
“The opportunity allowed students to have first-hand experience of raising new-born infants following on from the previous term where students successfully hatched five chicks,” said acting science curriculum leader Miss Cath Harrison.
