THIS man has been locked up for six months after assaulting his partner on three different occasions.
Andrew Harrison, of no fixed address, attacked the woman in Linear Way, Newton-le-Willows, on February 17 and then on consecutive days on March 2 and 3.
Thirty-year-old Harrison pleaded guilty at St Helens Magistrates’ Court to three counts of assault ahead of trial, meaning witnesses had to go through the ordeal of attending court.
He also admitted stealing her mobile phone.
