READER Lilia Hughes couldn’t resist capturing this impressive sight of these Mandarin ducks seemingly lined-up for inspection in Taylor Park.
Lilia, from West Park, told us: “On my way home from work through the park I spotted rare visitors to this area – five beautifully coloured Mandarin males resting on the lake’s bank in drizzling rain.
“It looked like they’d been to a stag party while the females were busy on the nest.”
