Heavy congestion at Haydock Island following collision
DRIVERS are being warned of heavy traffic congestion at Haydock Island following a collision earlier this afternoon.
It has led to queuing traffic both ways at M6 junction 23 and up to Millfield Lane and Newton Lane.
Police are on the scene with congestion an all approaches to the roundabout especially on the East Lancashire Road.
