UPDATE: Errol Zajac-Jones has been safe and well and is now back home in Manchester.
A MANCHESTER man who has gone missing after being discharged from hospital may be in St Helens, police believe.
Errol Zajac-Jones, aged 23, was last seen after being discharged from Stepping Still Hospital, in Stockport between 5am and 6am on Sunday, April 20.
Police and family members are concerned that he may self-harm and are increasingly worried about his welfare.
He was last seen wearing dark-coloured clothing.
Errol, from the Withington area of Manchester, is believed to have links to St Helens.
Police are asking for people to get in touch if they know of his whereabouts by calling 101.
