PUPILS, parents and firefighters joined forces in the kitchen at Cowley International College to take part in the annual Let’s Get Cooking Cookathon healthy eating challenge when they selected choice ingredients and chose to create their own pizza.

Cookathon co-ordinator, Karis Mason, said: “This is the third year we have taken part in the Cookathon.

“We feel it’s a really worthwhile cause, promoting healthy lifestyles and to get even more people cooking and eating healthy food in St Helens.”
