CHILDREN are invited to take part in tomorrow's (Saturday) woodland exploration adventure at GreenAcres Woodland Burials in Blindfoot Road, Rainford.

The free event begins at 11am when the woodland team will be leading the children and their parents on a journey identifying a variety of plants and wildlife that call the woodland their home.

The youngsters will be supplied with woodland explorer magnifying glasses and have the opportunity to test their artistic by drawing an Easter Bunny with all entries displayed on the GreenAcres website for the rest of the Easter break.

Every child, who must be accompanied by an adult, will receive a woodland explorer badge and will at the end of the trail can enjoy refreshments in the Woodland Hall.

Trailblazers, who are advised to bring waterproof footwear, will set out at 11.15am.
