A NEW industrial site on the outskirts of St Helens town centre is now fully occupied and home to 21 bustling businesses.
Gerards Park off College Street has units for small and medium size businesses.
The park is situated half a mile from the town centre on the main route to and from the East Lancs Road.
The scheme was developed with the assistance of European Regional Development Fund.
Nick Hemmings, management surveyor at Whittle Jones, which is the agent for Northern Trust, said: “The scheme has proved really popular.
