Helena Partnerships aims to build houses on ex-Moss Bank care home site
A PLANNING application to demolish a former care home and build 11 houses has been submitted to St Helens Council.
Helena Partnerships is proposing to bulldoze the ex-Moss Bank Elderly Persons Home on Victoria Avenue.
The housing association would then build 11 new homes.
