ROBINS Lane in Sutton has re-opened following the chemical spill earlier this morning.

The road is now clear between Waterdale Crescent and Garnet Street and traffic is back to normal.

Considering what they found, it was, in my opinion, way over the top to have so many Police and Fire Engines there and close some roads for nearly 8 hours It was hardly on the scale of THAT infamous chemical leak at Hays Chemicals in Sutton in 1986.
