Heaton appeared before St Helens Magistrates’ Court
A THIEF who stole three bicycles totalling £1,850 has been given a suspended jail sentence.
Anthony Heaton, 24, from Boscoe Crescent in Sutton, admitted the thefts in Newton-le-Willows and St Helens.
Appearing before St Helens Magistrates’ Court, he was sentenced to one month in jail, suspended for two years. He was placed under curfew for 16 weeks when he will be electronically tagged overnight.
Heaton must also attend a Thinking Skills programme.
