THE creativity of a photography evening class hosted by De La Salle School is on show today at a private exhibition at the World of Glass.
The classes started after the art department’s decision to offer them for adults, including parents, staff and governors.
Run by the school’s resident artist Emmer Winder, the classes catered for seven students.
Emmer said: “I have been amazed at how well everyone has retained information and used it independently to produce some outstanding images out on location. I could not be more proud of everyone.”
A new class has been planned from Easter, with 15 places available.
Anyone interested can contact the school’s Community Arts Officer Katie Nesbo on nesbok@sthelens.org.uk for information or to book a place.
