SINGING superstar Jessie J will be the latest big name to perform at Haydock Park.

The Brit Award winner will play an open air concert on Friday, August 8. Having sold millions of albums worldwide she has become a household name. Jessie played a show stopping performance in front of a global audience of billions at the London 2012 Olympics and has been a coach on the Saturday night prime-time show The Voice UK.

She also wowed crowds at Glastonbury and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert and last year sold out a multi arena tour.

Garry Fortune, Haydock Park Racecourse general manager, said: “We are delighted to welcome Jessie J to Haydock Racecourse this summer.

“With Tom Jones, Wet Wet Wet and ‘Here And Now’ already signed up, we are thrilled that Jessie J will complete the fantastic music line-up at Haydock Park this summer.

“Jessie J is renowned as being a fantastic live act with an excellent catalogue of hits, so I’m sure she will be very well received by the Haydock Park crowd. We’re expecting a rush for tickets so all racing and music fans are urged to reserve theirs as soon as they can.”
