Rainford's Roots is a community archaeology project that aims to explore the post-medieval pottery and clay tobacco pipe industries in Rainford.
We are running a free 'Fabulous Finds' drop-in workshop at Rainford Library on 11th March from 1.30pm-3pm. The workshop will provide the opportunity to handle finds from our recent excavations in Rainford and learn more about the post-excavation process.
The workshop will include hands-on activities and give people chance to ask Museum of Liverpool archaeologists questions.
