POLICE have made a region-wide appeal to trace a 41-year-old man who officers want to speak to in connection with an assault.
In October last year a 34-year-old woman was assaulted at a property in Huyton.
Officers would like to speak to Robert Paul O’Brien as they believe he may have information that could assist them with their investigation into this assault.
O’Brien is described as being white, 5ft 10 ins tall of a slim build with brown hair though he is balding. He also has blue eyes.
Officers would urge O’Brien or anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to contact them.
O’Brien is known to have links in the Belle Vale area of Merseyside.
Officers are appealing to anyone who may know of his whereabouts to contact Merseyside Police on 0151 777 6564 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
