TOM Jones’ return to Haydock Park will bring huge crowds clamouring to listen him perform in the spectacular racecourse setting.

The explosive Welsh singer will headline the bill at Haydock Park’s final music night of 2014 on August 9.

His last hugley successful appearance at Haydock was in 2011 when 12,500 fans flocked to the show.

John Baker, Regional Director North West of Jockey Club Racecourses, said: “Music nights at Haydock Park are renowned for being fantastic. We’ll have a great day of racing followed by international superstar Tom Jones. We are thrilled to welcome him back.

“Tom is such a popular artist with legions of followers we’re expecting a rush for tickets for one of the ‘must be there’ music events of the summer.”

The singer has sold over 100 million records and is currently a judge on the BBC talent show 'The Voice'. He will perform many of his classic hits on the Haydock music night.

Tickets for children aged five to 17 are from £20 and must be purchased in conjunction with adult tickets. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Parking is free.
